Prices and Payments


All prices and charges on this site are in UK Pounds and are shown, both exclusive, and inclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at UK VAT current rate where applicable and will be shown in your shopping basket.

We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, in the event of an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.

Delivery


Products are delivered either by courier or by post, depending on their size and value.

Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 5 - 7 working days of placing your order (please allow up to 10 days at busy periods).

Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for.

Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders


We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive all your products, please e-mail us via the 'contact' link at the top of our website or telephone 01865 886330.

Returns and Cancellations (Delivery items only - not applicable to software downloaded)


If your product is damaged in transit please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

In the unlikely event that you find your product is faulty please contact us to arrange a free of charge replacement. If you have chosen to have your order delivered, you can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in 'as new' condition.
